Later, her joined Baker Tilly China Certified Public Accountants and participated in a large number of corporate statement audit projects, including: Foreign-funded enterprises, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises; Asset evaluation projects: enterprise overall asset evaluation, equity transfer evaluation, machinery and equipment evaluation; Due diligence; Verification of final settlement and payment of enterprise income tax; A large number of specific work such as enterprise tax-related matters consultation. Responsible for the research of audit standards, questions sorting out and issuing of answers, the preparation of laws and regulations and business norms. At the same time, she also participated in the work of the risk control group of the quality control Department of the accounting firm, responsible for the risk management work within the firm, organized the annual practice quality inspection within the firm, and communicated with the regulatory authorities on matters involving risk.
