General Payment Terms

All payments for FCPA services, courses, and memberships must be made in U.S. dollars.

Payments are due at the time of purchase unless an installment plan or specific payment arrangement is in place.

Membership Payments

Annual Dues: Membership dues are billed annually and are due at the time of enrollment or renewal. Members are responsible for ensuring timely renewal to maintain continuous access to member benefits.
Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. Members who cancel will not receive a pro-rated refund for any remaining term.
Auto-Renewal: Memberships may auto-renew unless the member opts out before the renewal date. Members will receive a renewal reminder with the option to update payment details or cancel.

Course and Training Payments

Course Enrollment Fees: Course fees are due in full at the time of registration, unless an approved payment plan is selected. This applies to all online courses, certifications, and in-person seminars.

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations: Course cancellations must be requested at least [10 days] before the start date to qualify for a full or partial refund, minus administrative fees. Refunds are not available for cancellations requested after this period.
• Substitutions: Registrants may substitute their enrollment for another individual with at least [5 days’] notice before the course begins.
• Credit Transfers: In some cases, registrants may request a credit transfer to a future course if unable to attend the original session. Credit transfers are subject to an administrative fee.

Discounts and Promotional Codes

Discounts or promotional codes are applicable only during active promotional periods. Discounts cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Event Registration Fees

Refunds for Events: Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least [15 days] before the event. Cancellations within [15 days] of the event may not be eligible for a refund but may qualify for a transfer to a future event.
Transfer Policy: Event registration can be transferred to another individual or applied as a credit toward future events, subject to an administrative fee.

Policy Changes

FCPA reserves the right to update or modify payment terms at any time. Members and course registrants will be notified of significant changes, and updated terms will be made available on the FCPA website.
